The seal watched as the tears fell to join the dew. Into each drop the sun sent its eye, to spin fine thread of light on each blade of grass. The seal watched the jewelled web of woven light dancing on the sand.

 

"I will take you to land as large as the web you weave," he said. "And when you weave no longer, you must come and join us on the shore, to dance on the sand. Come here with your family and your weaving, when you are ready to leave."
